"Dont trust this Company"

I placed the order on the 28th of November,a family Anniversary gift,wall clock in a heart shape.After I wrote to them multiple emails on 12th of December I received from India a normal,cheap,plastic wall clock,no personalised,no heart shape,no family picture.I was extremelly dissapointed and I asked the Paypal to step in to get my full refund back.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE,you will be on stress and stress and without money!Dodgy site!!!

"COMPLETE BS !"

I have bought a 16x20 canvas to frame... Product arrived with a bump and dimensions are NOT TRUE! Canvas is about 15.5 x19'' canvas pass through my frame!
I sent them multiple emails and pictures and they, at first, offer a remplacement. No way. Refund me.
Then they replied with another replacement offer... I SAID NO, I don't trust you, Refund me please....
Then they tried to refund me partially for a lame 8.50$ What-t-F??
I made a claim thru Paypal, and now they offer me another partial refund, slightly higher. It's been over 12 days now and they just don't want to admit that it's their fault and they are stubborn to refund me.

More than that, they reply only every 3 days and even they have said they would refund me, they don't they are just dicking around and waste my time in the hope I will take the partial refund.

These guys are also liars...!
When I asked them where they were located, they said US, Canada and India... And when I asked them why do they Ship a Canadian order from India when they had a Canadian facility.... oh! Noooo! Now the Canadian facilities are just for "research and development" LOLL so much BULLSH*T!!

Do yourself a favor. Don't be cheap. Avoid this Indie company.

EDIT: It's been over a month and Paypal have closed the claim in their favor..!!! I just can't believe it!
Be AWARE if you even consider those thieves to buy with your credit card, NOT Paypal, so you get covered.

My order took a while to come, when it did arrive there were print lines all up both of my prints - I paid extra for lamination and this hadn’t been done. Most upsettingly I paid extra for my prints to be framed and they arrived with no frame at all just 2 badly printed images on foam board that I paid over £80 for. I contacted canvaschamp 4 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing back. They have no way of contacting via telephone or online chat

The photos that I paid extra for professional review came out very nice. However, I ordered smaller prints but I didn't pay extra for review and I can see a difference. They appear fuzzy. Next time I know I need to pay extra for each one before printing.

I think the blankets that canvas champ makes are wonderful. I got the sherpa fleece blanket amd the large size is great! I can put my favorite photo on it and use it for my bedroom. Thankyou!
