"Disappointing Experience: Incorrect and Damaged Acrylic Prints from CanvasChamp"
I recently ordered seven 12x18 acrylic prints from CanvasChamp for a layered photography project. Prior to ordering, I confirmed via email that the prints would have transparent backgrounds, as required for my presentation. Unfortunately, the delivered panels had solid white backgrounds, with one print in the wrong orientation and another scratched. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer service, I received only generic responses and no resolution. This issue led to the cancellation of my presentation, resulting in significant time and financial loss. Overall, my experience with CanvasChamp was deeply disappointing due to their failure to deliver as promised and inadequate customer support.

Poor quality! I spoke with other artists at the gallery and I will use their canvas site suggestions ! This was a redo because the canvas was wavy. This redo has more waves in the canvas and the corner is crooked!

The magic coffee cup was disappointing. There is black marks on the inside of the cup and it just looks cheap. The photo rarely fully appears and isn't all that special.

Disappointed to discover that the product I ordered was not manufactured in the UK (as implied by the .co.uk email), but India. I was emailed a delivery date of 24/11/23 I rearranged my schedule only to find out at 10pm that it's still in the middle east.
Can not comment on the quality as its not arrived. But do yourselves a favour and avoid them.

"Poor quality printing"
I ordered a 20x20 256 pieces puzzle (a custom Monopoly board). I am very desapointed : the printing contains a lot of defects, littles inperfections, ink stains, etc... At some places, the color is partly missing.
To get free shipping, I added a printed pillow. The print looks not so bad overall, but when looking closely, I can see some little imperfections here and there.
