Their print quality is decent. However frames are getting thinner and thinner. Also, I paid $1.99 each for mounting hardware for wall hooks. They only slapped on mounting tape. I opened a ticket and they eventually refunded me the money.

I recently had an experience with Canvas Champ that left me quite disappointed, specifically in terms of their customer service. While their products may be of decent quality, the support I received was far from satisfactory.
I encountered an issue with my order, and when I reached out to their customer service, the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt as though they were not genuinely interested in resolving my problem or ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.

Canvas was ordered 10/1 and received notification it had been shipped on the 9th via FedEx with a tracking number. Est. delivery was supposed to be 10/11. When I try to track it with the # they provided, I get a msg that it can't be tracked: "Tracking information is currently not available. Please contact us for more information or email us at Canvas Champ" Three emails to them for assistance were responded to, with a broken English sentence, that it's on the way.
