I still haven't received my print! Never again will I use this company. Had I known its supplier is in India I certainly would have used another company! And FedEx is a joke
P.S. It is now March 11, and I still have NOT received my print! Now you're telling me I need to drive AN HOUR to one of your offices to pick it up! This, when there are many offices near my house

The website was easy to work, I just didn't know it didn't come with the hanging hardware! It was my fault I didn't read it very clearly.

Canvas champ stated our order would ship within 48hrs, or 3-8 business days during holiday seasons. September didn't seem like a holiday season, but after the product did not ship for a month we questioned what was going on. They stated that it would ship shortly. 2 weeks later we threatened to cancel as the product had not shipped.

Miraculously the product ships immediately after this discussion. When the product finally shows up, 9/12 photos are of poor resolution (despite high quality, professional images being submitted). Hardware is missing. The hardware that is attached is crooked, and in some cases entirely upside down. Canvases are bubbled and warped. Frayed duct tape is used to adhere some dust covers.

0/5 stars is most deserved for this monstrosity, that being advertised as Canadian was shipped from India.

Spend your money elsewhere, rather than flushing it down the toilet with Canvas Champ. A teenager from your local community college will deliver a much better product.
