I placed my $900+ order on their website and entered my shipping information. of course, their order conf and invoice says the shipping address it "Test Test" Toronto Alberta xxxxxx. The order has been sitting at a status of "address issue" for 10 days! I submitted a chat, submitted a ticket, and sent 2x emails. ZERO response or acknowledgement that the order will EVEN SHIP at all now. they don't answer their phone and aren't ever available on their "always online" chat.

It's been over three weeks since I received my order, only to discover that the items were in completely different sizes from what I had requested. I promptly sent pictures documenting the issue to their customer service team, but they have failed to respond to my emails. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I needed these items for an important client event. The company's disregard for its customers is both unprofessional and disappointing.

Canvas prints were very good. I was a bit disappointed with the booklet or coffee table booklet as most of the pictures came out way darker than the original images.

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for about a week now. I submitted a complaint through their website, I submitted a complaint through 2 different emails and I have sat on hold on their phone number for hours.
My order came damaged and I need a replacement for the damaged product.
THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I have NEVER dealt with a printing company like this. Im truly so disappointed because the quality of the product is great but its useless when it's damaged.
