"Dissatisfied Customer"
Bought a large canvas print that, after their discounts, was still $160. The wood used for the frame was subpar and It also arrived broken. After repairing the frame and hanging it, it won't sit flat against the wall. Top is flush and the bottom is an inch off the wall.
No resolution from CanvasChamp. In fact only responded to my first email with I'm Sorry". After that no responses at all to my emails requesting help.
They're way too many reputable companies out there to have to put up with this or deal with Canvas Champ. I don't recommend using them.
So here is an update to the above problem. I have reached out to CanvasChamp, (CC), three times on email now, on 2/13, 2/27 and now again on 3/16 by email to their customer service email address. This last time because they specifically asked me to do so here on their Trustpilot response. However, there is still no response back from CC. They should use better quality framing and better packaging. Again, their product is subpar and apparently so is their customer service. Steer clear.

"The printing quality was really bad"
The printing quality was really bad. There's smudge ink on each cup. We are talking about 12 cups. I've contacted the customer service, no one answered the call. I've emailed them, no one respond to my email.

We got our first family photos done and I was looking for a company to print them on canvas and this company did an amazing job. My photos came out perfect and the coloring and imaging is beautiful. And the price is truly unbeatable. I looked at several different websites and this one was the best priced and amazing quality.

"Buyer Beware"
Prices are great, but buyer beware. Are the issues worth it? I had 4 items printed--1 photo print & 3 art prints. 3 of the 4 had quality issues. The company's "Customer Service" is just a way to push complaints down the road until the consumer gives up in frustration. I have been emailing back & forth going on 3 months now trying to get a reprint or refund of the items with issues, with multiple follow ups. Calling on the phone gets you 15+ min of hold music then a voicemail that never gets responded to. ***Be aware that sizing variations are up to 1" - a pretty big deal in printing, especially on a small canvas***

"Damaged product! CanvasChamp wont return my messages"
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for about a month now. I submitted a complaint through their website as my order came damaged and I need a replacement for the damaged product. I received an email back from Oliver saying they would replace my order. I have sat on hold on their phone number for hours trying to get an update on my order replacement.
THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I have NEVER dealt with a printing company like this. I'm truly so disappointed because the quality of the product is great but its useless when it's damaged.

"Painful communication after sale"
I ordered 3 canvas and upon reception, one of the three canvas was badly damaged and unusable. I submitted tickets without any follow-up, I phoned them and never succeeded to speak to somebody and they never called me back and I emailed them with no response at all.
I received apologies after I posted this review. I sent my claim again (to a different mail address) as requested by Canvaschamp representative and it took 23 days before I received a new canvas. So, the product is good, the prices are very competitive but communication after sale is really a pain.

"I ordered a canvas for my mom's…"
I ordered a canvas for my mom's birthday. While the canvas came on time, the quality was terrible. The person who made the canvas put wrinkles on the top of photo that were very obvious. While that was bad, the customer service was the worst part. Getting a response from the company was nearly impossible. I opened a ticket through support, their chat was useless. They finally emailed me, promising a replacement and after a week if subsequent emails inquiring a status I finally had enough and disputed the transaction through PayPal to get a timely response. Now they are offering me a refund but want me to pay to ship the defective product back to them. What a terrible company. Never again.
