AVOID this company. Was told they would replace a faulty item then heard nothing, impossible to contact and I have no choice but to get a charge back from my bank and contact the obudsman. DO NOT use this company.

EDIT. They then reply and tell you to email the same email address you’ve already emailed 5 times and been ignored!!!!

"I accidentally chose the wrong size on…"

I accidentally chose the wrong size on 1 of three orders. All of my attempts to contact customer service were ignore (including their chat feature which didn’t work, emails and phone calls). They finally got back to me after they mailed it out, and said they couldn’t change the order because it was already mailed out. And I am unable to return even if it comes damaged. Also, the quality of the purchase was as poor as their customer service.

Update: I have been emailing and am even more frustrated than if I would have just not talked to anyone. You guys are so good at gaslighting and lying. It’s actually impressive. Good for you guys.

This is the second time I am ordering from canvas champ. The website is very easy to select products. I ordered 8 large canvas prints. I received it well before the due date. Work was clean. looks amazing. VERY HIGH quality work

My order was delayed, and I received no communication about it until I reached out. Upon talking to multiple people, my order did get shipped out and rushed to me, which I appreciated. The items were great quality.

I am supposed to be refunded the cost of expedited shipping since I had paid for that and that has yet to happen

Paid extra for some help, yet I feel like I still did all the work. Also, parts of the canvases have blobs of color or looks like smudging near the frame. It is not the best quality. I've ordered better quality canvases in the past from other companies.

Ordered a 20" x 30" acrylic print and was very pleased with the result. Image was sharp and the colors were vivid (uploaded a 19MB 300ppi image.) Customer service was helpful (responded to my questions within 24 hrs) and the print arrived 2 days earlier than expected.
Will order from them again.
