"Canvas Champ is terrible"

Canvas Champ has terrible customer service. They got my order wrong 2x and when I tried to contact to get my order corrected they quit answering the phone and will not respond to my emails. I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 months. They took $250 from me. All canvasses come from India not the US as their website states.

"Album not shipped even after 11 days"

The Delivery date mentioned was for 11 days while placing order, they have not even shipped it after 11 days. On reaching customer care the replies are just copy paste templates with no resolution in sight. It appears I have been scammed.

I loved the results of the pictures but I gave it a 4-star review because it was a hassle to actually place the order. I had to use “chat” a couple of times in order to place my order. I'm not sure why it was so difficult, I almost gave up and went somewhere else but eventually, I was able to place the order and everything turned out great, thank you!!

"Absolutely horrible quality and customer service "

The print on the blanket is completely unclear. Can not make out the image or letters on it after all. The pillow case is a cheap Polyester fabric that's so unpleasant to touch it's unbelievable.
Customer service is totally unbothered about customer satisfaction and refuses to refund the money after initially agreeing to refund. I am now having to chase a refund through PayPal complaints directly. Absolute scam.

"wrong art"

Thank you for shipping this order. The larger prints are beautiful but the small print is wrong. You sent a proof and I sent the art again and I saw another proof, but they printed the wrong art. Please fix and send the correct art or refund my money.

Shipping from Mumbai, India without a box… canvas arrived damaged, stapled poorly to the frame. Prints are off center, wrapping around the corners leaving visible unprinted canvas….
Materials used in these prints smell really bad.

There were crinkles throughout the body of the poster. Overall, it was good but somebody did something when they were rolling this up. Hopefully it will work when I put on back thing, but it doesn’t look great.

"Horrible print quality and no customer support"

Horrible print quality, i bought 4 acrylic blocks from them and they all have scratch marks and visible print lines. I do not recommend this service. Customer support is also non existent. I sent them an email 1 week ago, and still got no response.
