"The canvas frame on one of the prints…"

The canvas frame on one of the prints was not even or connected together and was pushing and stretching the print. There are other points on both prints where the canvas is not stretched tight and there is marks from the frame visible. The quality of the assembly was very poor and damaged the print.

This company is pathetic! Took my money, haven’t fulfilled my order, nobody answers the phone or returns emails. Use another company, I paid to have canvass photos to display for our police department officer and Chaplin who has passed.

"Canvas print is undersized"

First, what went right - the canvas print itself looks good. The image was printed faithfully and looks sharp and crisp with good color.

What didn't go right - I ordered a 20" x 16" canvas print. I got a 19.5" x 15.5" canvas print. It was to go into a frame for an existing 20" x 16" canvas print that actually is 20" x 16". The new print is so small that it doesn't even fill the Matt off the existing picture. The new canvas print also wasn't completely taut in its frame.
