Canvas Champ has been great! I have ordered several canvases from them and they are all beautiful!

"Poor Customer Support When Ticket Submitted"

On Jan. 22nd, 2025, I submitted ticket #**0931 on my order as follows: "When I received the package, the Fedex package was wrapped well but bent. When I opened the package, the wooden frame under the canvas had been broken."
Today is Jan. 29th, 2025 and there has been no reply to my ticket. I called and was unable to get to a customer representative to discuss the issue.
I've ordered in the past and had no issues but this time the customer experience on this order, #USA********5117 was terrible.

Followup 2/2/2025 I received an email from TrustPilot that CanvasChamp would like further details of my experience. I provided the order number, the ticket number for the complaint I registered and the date of my followup email to CanvasChamp on 2/2/2025. I send the information to the customer support email they provided and so far, as of 2/7/2025, there has been no response to my original ticket, the follow up email on the complaint ticket or to the email sent to their customer service on 2/2. I am beyond disappointed, way beyond, after having placed multiple orders from them. I feel like their public reply to my TrustPilot review is nothing more than damage control when in fact they have done nothing to address the complaint or even to make contact me regarding the complaint.

I loved using this company. I was able to customize my print size which wasn't an option on other sites. The print was delivered and the delivery was put into my hands, not left on the porch. As well, I thought it would be a stretched canvas and it was, but it had a backing on it to make it sturdier and easier to handle and hang. Overall a great experience.

User friendly site and affordable. If I were to change anything, I would like matte paper so I can write appts on calendar and a little more editing capabilities. But definitely will use again.
