I ordered as a bday gift on 1/12. It was supposed to be delivered by 1/21. It did not get delivered until today(1/27). 15 days is a long time for delivery when there are plenty of sites/companies who can do the same. I didn’t personally see finished product as it was delivered out of state but was told it was nice

Received Wrong Clock. I emailed Customer Service and they asked for a picture. After I sent a picture no one ever got back to me. Also, Customer Service does not answer their phone. I've tried several days to contact them to no avail. They certainly took my money but did not deliver!

I was a bit worried when my package didn’t arrive by the 21st but that was an estimated date. It did arrive the next day and my pictures were well packed and looked fabulous. I think if the company had a delivery tracker for customers that might help decrease the anxiety of when deliveries will arrive, especially given the porch thieves that abound these days.
