"Just Shy of 5 Stars…Here’s why"

I’m a repeat customer because canvaschamp.com produces a good product for a fair price. Considering the international shipment, this last order was delivered within 11 days. I would’ve given canvaschamp.com 5 stars if the packaging hadn’t left indentations in some of the canvas material. The packaging is so tight that the wood framing presses onto one another and leaves a noticeable mark.This has happened with previous orders…noticeable but not to where there is damage. I hope they resolve this issue.

This is an updated review to the comments I made above…the 4 star I had given has moved down to 3 stars. I just received another order of 3 canvas portraits. The indentation on the canvas due to the tight packaging is more noticeable than the previous order. The print itself is fine but the creases visible at certain angles is an annoyance and shameful to display. Canvaschamp.com assured me I’d be 100% satisfied and award them that 5th star but not the case.

There are several creases. I threw out the packaging, but as days go by I wish I requested a replacement. I have photos of the creases. I’ve ordered canvases before and I chose better quality adjustments this time which I paid extra for. Honestly, I don’t see a difference. I feel like I wasted my money. I find the advertising of “free canvas” at $100 value very misleading. It just seems false. This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with this company, and I’ve ordered several canvases before. Maybe metal prints are better, I don’t know…

"Print upside down - no customer service"

I ordered a set of custom mugs for a Christmas gift. The mugs arrived with the design printed upside down. I double checked the image I uploaded and the proof image they provided, all of which were right-side up. I submitted a ticket with pictures of the mugs I received and I never got a reply.

These canvass prints are just outstanding, and extremely quick turnaround. Plus, it took me 15 minutes to unpackage my 36" x 30" prints, which means fantastic way of packaging and keeping the prints from any damage. THANK YOU
