I have been using Canvas Champ for years now... but there has been A LOT of consistent issues in the last couple months I have had to deal with.

My canvas prints have been constantly arriving damaged. This last time.. the wooden frame arrived broken... with staples hanging out in the back of the frame that almost cut me..... Normally it is easy to get a reprint or a refund... but this time... I was only offered a $13 refund. I declined the monetary refund and chose to get a reprint.

My issue has not been resolved and my order was done December 22, 2024.... I have sent out 4 help tickets already, and I still have a broken product.

Also... There are 2 new print options that has been added to Canvas Champ. "HD Print" and the "Thicker Canvas print". I ordered both.. but there are NO clear ways to tell the difference between the original quality prints and the "premium quality prints" of the canvas. The only difference I see... is that you pay more. Maybe an update to the site to explain why I am paying extra would help.

So far I haven't heard back from these people who have claimed to be customer support in the emails. The names I have are.....

I have had a faster response from the emails that are telling me to verify my information. Canvas Champ wants me to verify that this review is legitimate. Its like... Canvas Champ is more focused on deleting this review... Instead of having my issue resolved.

I have used this service for years... And I do like the quality of the product when it does not arrive damaged. But recently I have been having issues. I do not understand why.

The order arrived on time, that is best part of the whole experience. The posters ordered are of only OK quality, we had paid for large PNG images from another company, so I had expected these to be crisper, and they were rolled in a tube that was a bit too short, so one of the posters is a bit crushed on the edges. There was an item missing, instead of sending it, as we ordered it because we wanted it, they issued a refund. The chat time is slow, prepare to wait a while between responses. Overall, they do the job, but only just. Nothing special.

I submitted images from a color calibrated macbook pro. Canvas prints came back very dull looking.

Print is nice. Frame is barely adequate.

I love what I received….but the coupon code offered online was not able to applied. I asked for assistance 2 times and the response given didn’t help. I did receive it very quickly. However, the canvas was slightly warped when hung, which didn’t look right. I had to take it to a frame shop and order a frame to fix the problem.

"Perfection "

The canvases and prices were spectacular! The company went above and beyond to deliver two large canvases I had made for my father's funeral. The FEDEX wouldn't even leave until I opened the package they were delivered in to make sure nothing was damaged. Thank you all 🙏🏾
