CanvasChamp cancelled my order placed on 12/15/24 claiming it was fraudulent, although the charge to my credit card persisted until I notified them about it. Very slow response times with confusing messaging. I can't tell if this is a legitimate business or a scam.

I ordered a photo on acrylic for a Christmas present and 4 different canvasses for Christmas presents as well. The photo I uploaded was clear and from full HD 1080 p raw footage I took. What I got back was a cloudy, scratched, and dark Acrylic that I can barely make out. And the photo was reversed. Completely different than what they "confirmed" on the website.
Non of the canvasses I ordered were in reverse however one of them came to me off center, and they cut off a piece of the image that is the focus of the picture. Also different then they confirmed on the website when ordering. These are very important elements when entrusting a supposed "professional" company to print your work. 3 out of 5 pieces came out as "confirmed". However 5 out of 5 is what is to be expected when ordering and trusting a company to do what they say they'll do. Terrible.

"Buyer Beware"
Ordered two pairs of socks for Christmas. Very high shipping and handling fees. Images on the socks were distorted and out of focus, complete junk. Contacted customer service for a refund. After seven emails, still waiting. Complete waste of time and money. They do not honor their 100% customer satisfaction

"Good picture, poor quality canvas, and shipping."
The canvas wasn't stretched evenly and led to the picture not being perfectly flat. Additionally, there was no padding or protection in the box which led to a small amount of damage under on the outside-edge of the canvas. The picture quality was great though.

"Concerns over product and Customer Service"
The package that the custom fleece blanket arrived broken and exposed. The blanket itself arrived stained. I have yet to hear back from the company to resolve these issues and it has been several days that I don’t hear from anyone. Phone calls won’t go through and emails are left unanswered by their staff. I’m very disappointed.
Update: I heard from Canvas Champ indicating they will rectify the issue by shipping a replacement but that was many days ago and haven’t heard from anyone again in terms of when it’ll ship. This isn’t how people should run a business if they want repeat customers.

"Poor Customer Service After Mistake with My Order"
I have been trying for several weeks to get resolution on an order I received in November that was printed incorrectly. I ordered custom acrylic prints but they sent me something else (I'm not sure what) that has a very dull, matte finish. I wanted the acrylics because the acrylic medium is known for having a shiny and smooth texture to it, and colors are supposed to vividly appear on it and light reflects off the images nicely. What they sent me was clearly a mistake in production, and I have been trying to get a refund ever since. They do not answer their customer service number. I have called several times, only to wait 15 minutes and then get auto-transfered to a voicemail system. I have left messages for them requesting a call back that have gone unanswered. I have emailed them photos and detailed descriptions of the issues I have with my order. Someone replied to one of my emails offering me a 20 percent refund (unacceptable) or a reprint. I replied to that one over a week ago with some questions but never got an answer. Instead, someone else in their customer service department replied with a canned response asking me to send photos illustrating the problem. So I sent the photos a 3rd time, and still have not heard back from them. This is very frustrating. They have a satisfaction guarantee right on their website that they do not live up to. The other thing I need to mention is that the prints that they did send me are of no use to me because they do not match the style of the other acrylics I have in my hallway that I want to match. They and are also of extremely poor quality. They have smudgemarks, printer lines, and penciled outlines around some of them. Unacceptable. Shame on Canvas Champ. It is my hope that they will still make this right somehow, but I'm growing doubtful.
UPDATE 1.8.25. I take offense by their canned reply to me below. First of all, it was not a problem with their "website," as they have indicated. It's a problem with them misprinting my ORDER. Secondly, I have already reached out to the customer service email they have provided below nine times and I have called and left messages 4 times. For them to suggest that I reach out to them via email again is both insulting and a waste of everyone's time. It illustrates how they just don't even read their emails or track their customer service cases.
ADDITIONAL UPDATE - I received an email a week ago from them a week ago saying that my issue has been escalated and they will reprint my order correctly and send it to me at no cost. I have been trying to get tracking information ever since, but they are not replying to me. I have no idea where this is going, but my frustration level continues to rise.
Update 1/21/25 - If I could give this company less than one star, I would. Received an email from them on 1.17 telling me they no longer have my "print file" on record because it is "quite old" and they asked me to resend them. Seriously? I am so done with this company. After fifteen (yes, 15!) email attempts to straighten this out, I give up. I have zero faith in them in them ever getting this right. I just want a refund and have filed a chargeback through my credit card company.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE TRULY TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!

Very easy process, I wish they helped me with picture quality or advice. The large pictures were not that clear.
