"Excellent quality products"
I have ordered from this company several times, and it is by far the best quality and price. I put my photos into art exhibits, and the quality of the prints on canvas is absolutely good enough for that. The build of the canvas frames themselves is extremely sturdy (although I usually upgrade to the thickest option). The items come in the time specified, and usually earlier. They are well-packaged and protected for shipping. You will get notifications of shipping and tracking. There was one time I did need to contact customer service and they responded within a few hours and resolved the issue.

"Lacks good customer service"
I like this company, I order some canvas photo, and the quality over all is good, however, they are hard to get ahold of if you have a questions or need attention to an a previous order. I do not get any response when I call or email this company. I like their product but they lack good customer service.

"I did not like that the website did not…"
I did not like that the website did not show a preview of that the pillow would look like. Some of them came out odd. There was also NO information about what type of photo would result in the best pillow, example such as full body, head shot etc. There was NO crop function on the site to help make the pillows come out a little better. The price was great however, but wish that I had a little more control on what the pillow looked like.

"Misrepresentation on delivery date"
When I ordered, the website said that ordering by a certain date would ensure it gets in before Xmas. Little did I know that once I got the tracking #, the stock wasn't even coming from North America but India! So now, Fedex is telling me that I'll be getting my order several days AFTER Xmas. It's a total lie to get Xmas orders in knowing it wasn't really going to happen.

I paid $30 for delivery by Weds 18th December. It’s now Thursday and I fly to family without our annual family Christmas socks today! Correspondence VERY slow and clear generic response. What an utter waste of money… who wants to Christmas socks after Christmas?!!!! Would not use ever again.

"I was very disappointed with my…"
I was very disappointed with my purchase. I bought 6 mugs and a clock. The picture printing was good but I guess I did not see the fine print where the mug was called a tea mug. So when I opened them I had to laugh. You could not even use as a mug because it is so small not a cup of tea or coffee would fit. Maybe an espresso? In any case, I am so embarrassed with the size I can't even give the gifts I was going to give. As far as the clock as soon as I added the battery and hung on the wall, once the arms started to move, 2 of them fell off. I am super bumbed and will not buy from again. I guess it is true you get what you pay for.

"Communication issues and a slow response time…"
Your company has a slow response time on the phone and email. I was told I would receive credit on a future order instead of a refund, which is not acceptable. I created that order for a friend so here credit card needs to be refunded. It takes too long to get an order produced and in hand. Shipping is too high. In effect, I am hesitant to use your company until management corrects its communication and refund policies.

Update: Even though the process was painful, Customer Service did make it right - they refunded my order. So I'm appreciative that I didn't lose money, it was sad that I'm back to square one, unsure if I should take the gamble to order acrylic prints again.
Original: I'm waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a quality issue. The acrylic prints look great, but chipped areas around the edges of the print show light through, which is not acceptable for displaying. Packaging gets an A+, but quality control needs improvement.
