"My Son is 52 yrs"

My Son is 52 yrs. old and he has loved messing with a Rubics since they first came out 1970's. When I saw this on your web-site. I just had to get it to go on his Desk at work. I know he will love it. I know I did. I deffinently give it a 10.

"Awesome Art!"

It was so quick and easy to create a custom wall hanging for a gift. Great options available whether you are on a tight budget or can spend money on something extra fancy. I have been using CanvasChamp for years now and I have never had a bad experience.

"Not ordering again"

I ordered 2 canvas prints with mounting adhesive strips. I received the canvas prints yesterday and one of them looks like it was installed on a frame that is not smooth. There are lines and ridges in the frame underneath. The adhesive strips on the back do not look like pictured on the website and they were sloppily placed. The adhesive side in one of the strips was already exposed and no longer sticky. I paid $1.99 for each mounting set so it wasn’t very expensive but I didn’t get what I paid for and was shown on the website.
The website promised “ships in 24 hours, they were in “printing” for 3 days. Then I received a shipping notification from the carrier, the shipment was coming from India from a company I didn’t recognize, it didn’t have Canvas Champ anywhere in the info. Canvas Champ didn’t send me any email updates for my order so I was in the dark unless I went and checked the order status on the website myself. I looked up the name of the company in the shipment info and found that it’s located in India, no indication of what the company did that I could find easily. I had to make a guess that it was Canvas Champ. They arrived on time but because of the quality of the product I received and my experience with Canvas Champ in general, I won’t be ordering from this business again. I would rather pay a little more to a US based business and there are plenty that print on canvas.

"So easy!"

My initial image was too blurry and they were super helpful and gave me tips of how to send it and it got all the way to Alaska so fast and in time for my anniversary!

"Terrible!"

Terrible!
Sent a beautiful red and purple sunset in for a metal print. They cut out all the colorful definition and reduced it to nothing. Absolutely pathetic.
Will NEVER do business with this POS company.

"Picture Perfect!"

The canvas art turned out great. The colors came out exactly as in the photo submitted. The hard backing ensured that there would be no stretching of the canvas when handling/hanging the picture. The picture was well packed and shipped quickly. I would highly recommend CanvasChamp.

We ordered two canvas prints and two pillows. Took about two weeks to arrive, not bad since they were coming from India. Packaged very well. The quality was spot on. I’d say the company is a good choice if you’re looking for a great price and not in a super rush.

"Order never arrived no answers no contact"

Ordered a photo book two weeks before our anniversary. More than two weeks passed, no updates, no answers to my messages, no customer service at all. Total fail. Ruined my anniversary surprise. I hope I will get my money back. Feels like I am being scammed!

"One poster was printed misaligned and…"

One poster was printed misaligned and the package arrived damaged. It took two weeks and they offered to reprint (no customer service to call). A week later they requested I send the damaged prints back even though I provided ample pictures for return. They know that I would spend almost as much to send back as for the original prints - they win - you lose...

Update - up'd my rating to 2 stars - they did replace after putting negative reviews up and the poster is good now...

"AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE"

When I placed my order, all of the photos were cropped correctly and in the frame. I even requested the extra "professional" proof to double check the cropping. Nine days after my order, I received an email stating that they hadn't heard from me and were going ahead with processing my order. I looked back at my emails and saw that the very day I placed the order Canvas Champs sent the proofs... and they were awful! How is that professional? They ruined what I had done and went ahead and processed it without hearing confirmation from me.

I replied as soon as I read the email stating that they needed to cancel the order or fix the canvas prints. Everytime they responded to my email it was a different person and they were confused as to what I needed done. Eventually I received a shipment confirmation email. I again reached out to customer service who could do nothing for me since the order had already shipped. I demanded they escalate the issue.

I received another email from yet another person in customer service requested photos of the canvas prints that were delieverd. I replied with the photos. It has now been days and I have heard nothing. They have not responded or resolved the issue.

So now I am out $150 and have crappy canvas prints that have faces cropped in half and people cropped out entirely. My husband's Christmas gift is ruined.
