Impossible to unsubscribe newsletter.
Even after I've sent 2 mails that I don't want them anymore, they still send my newsletter.

"Canvas Christmas presents"

I ordered 4 canvas prints as Christmas presents for granddaughters. I have not received any confirmation or communications at all. My payment HAS been processed! Customer service is not responsive and all you get is music. Have never spoke with a person.

I finally received my order. The pictures printing is good but had white spots where color missing. A crossbar from back is pushing forward and visible from front.

One of the signs blew in a day, powerpack was red hot after an hour

delays delays delays. This order was supposed to be delivered on the 5th - but hasn't been produced yet - it's now the 11th. I ordered my product on the 22nd October.

Every time I check in with customer service, they tell me it's being dealt with, but it just looks like they've taken my money and not produced my sign. It just seems very fake to me.

Deceptive company advertises a canvas for less than $9.00. Was over $30.00 by the time you add everything you need and pay shipping from INDIA! If I had known this was an Indian Company I would have NEVER ordered this. The craftsmanship was subpar in every aspect. Though it took a while, they did finally refund my money. Would never order from this company again.

they promised to have the item delivered by nov 1, it was not delivered on time and in fact require a signature which make it even more difficult to receive the product. terrible experience so far

We should have fiddled with the picture exposure before ordering.
The printed picture looked ok; it was wrapped really really tighlty in plastic and then cardboard...there's a small place where the shipping material stuck to the image. Overall, it was a good test of the process.

"Non delivery of ordered photo book"

I ordered one Landscape Photo Book from this website (India chapter) on 17thOctober2024. They assured for delivery around 30th October24. I issued a reminder on 25th October 24when I felt they have not started any job on my order. However they did not reply. Even the Toll Free Number is not being attended by anyone. They are running a fraud.
