horrible experience. both prints came damaged with many scratches, creasing, bends. They shipped the prints this way.
Emailed and sent photos and opened a case with paypal eventually. After this they told me they would process a refund if I closed the case. I did, and nothing. Not only is the product quality horrible, the customer service is even worse, very dishonest team at canvaschamp. Will be escalating and filing a legal case. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"Inconsistency in acrylic prints"
I ordered a 4mm thick (8"x 12") acrylic print of the Northern Lights. The print felt solid, not flimsy which I appreciate. The protective film was scratched beneath all the packaging leading me to believe that it occurred prior to packaging. I contacted them and after I provided them with pictures of the damage, they shipped a reprint. The reprint also incurred damage to the film as before but this time it didn't affect the acrylic print. (They may have to review their packaging if the damage was actually during transit)
They have been responsive and have tried to make things right. Unfortunately the reprint was pixelated (from the same print). The quality of the original print was great. The reprint was pixelated enough so that the trail of a satellite (visible in the original) was almost non-detectible. I'm hoping that they continue to improve but for now I will have to look elsewhere for consistency before I invest in a large acrylic image.
Shipping times were not unreasonable from out-of-country, just don't be in a hurry.

"Very bad experience"
They couldn't get a simple order right. I ordered a couple of prints in different finishes. They printed all the pics in same finish with uneven borders. I wrote them about this and they said they will reprint. After couple of days they cancelled the reprint order without intimation and when I asked them about it they replied borders cannot be made even.
After all this ordeal, I finally asked them to close the order and refund the amount.

Just arrived on 11/25. PD for expedited delivery date of 11/20 for client who left the country already. Per prior conversations with customer support via chat, pls advise how to return and refund blanket and expedited shipping fees ASAP. CS rep advised they could not provide return info until package has been received
Ordered this and paid expedited shipping to arrive today. The package has not yet even shipped and will not be here for a month. I requested a refund and was told that is not possible
UPDATE, per canned company response: if you read my review, you will note that I have not received the product, so how can I upload photos of it? I have received multiple updates from FedEx stating it would arrive on this day before 12, and requires a signature. I have made sure I was home, it has not yet arrived. I have sent multiple emails to customer service and sales at canvaschimp and have not received any replies. I sat in a live chat 8 times on website and received the message "we're sorry we missed you, we will reach back out, we are always here..." DO BETTER

It takes longer than ordering from Temu or Alliexpress. I placed an order thinking it is coming from USA but took me two weeks to reach out to them and they finally placed my order which I had paid 14 days ago and it says order created from Chandigarh India. So disappointed, there is no way to cancel or get refund completely disappointed with Convas champ. Never will go near it.
