"Poor customer service"

I have been on hold for 30 minutes twice with the company attempting to contact them with no answer and no response to voicemails. I have sent multiple emails to multiple email addresses (both from previous email chain and from the one provided in other complaints) - NO RESPONSE. I still have not received a tracking number as promised and I am concerned that our time is beginning to run short to receive this before Christmas. I chose this company for a gift instead of others that offer this service because of their promised ability to produce the piece in a timely matter. I can not review the quality of the product because I have no received it as promised. This review is about the very poor customer service, communication, and lack of fulfilling commitments. If I don’t hear back from them soon I will access my very large sphere of influence and simply tell the truth about this company encouraging people to avoid it.

They'll take your money and you'll never receive your order. NO email response. NO phone support. NO online chat support. Order from ANY company but this one.

"Damages and Poor Customer Service "

I have been trying to get a damaged product replaced for weeks. They tell me to circle one damaged and I have 3 or more times and that's all I hear from them. This is Christmas present and I still have no answers. This is the first time I've had anything damaged or a problem. Very upset with the customer service.

"My order arrived smelling like fecal…"

My order arrived smelling like fecal matter,1 image had the mounting over the image, 3 images are over saturated looking nothing like my original images regarding color, the light plate is a cheap board, and the canvas of my image is horrible as they changed the color of saturation.
I called the company immediately 4 separate times waiting exactly 15 minutes 2 seconds when the message says, "All agents are busy, please leave a message." From December 12, 2024 to the 15th of December I had continued reaching out to this business for a refund due to the ungiftable quality of workmanship and a nonexistent customer service.
Extremely disappointed

"Checking out to pay is a hassle to figure out."

I have no complaint with the product itself as I ordered the custom picture mugs, a throw cover, and a canvas picture which turned out very good. My rating is due to the check out system which could be easier. BTW, my items were apparently shipped from India but still received earlier than anticipated.

"No longer reliable"

Been using this company for a few years now, but I am convinced that they cannot handle their load anymore. I ordered some items for Secret Santa at work on Dec 2nd. My estimated delivery date was Dec 11th. The current date of this review is Dec 14th. I submitted a ticket to them a day or 2 ago asking for an update since I am running out of time for Secret Santa at work, but still have not received a response. I may need to dispute the charges my my card, but hopefully they will just allow me to cancel... They may be loosing a long time custome after this one...

Update:
Finally got an answer on Dec 16th, but it was just a run around. They told me what I already knew: that my order is in production, but somehow I will receive it in time for my events. This the the week of my events and it hasn't even been shipped out yet! I needed them in 3 days, so I already purchased new gifts. I told them that and that I expected it 5 days ago, and had to once again ask for a refund... I really hope they just give me that refund. I don't see how they expected to get my order to my "in time fir my events," if it is still in production, hasn't been shipped out, and this is the last week before Christmas- aka, the week people are holding their events...
Update 12/20/24
Order states states completed! I never received the order and the tracking number provided does not work! I repeatedly requested a refund, and received no response. Why couldn't you just refund me Canvas Champ??? All of this over $33. Just send the refund!
