LArry, A company representative didnt bother to try to help me, he just cancelled my previous order, told me he was gonna charge me 30% of the order instead of helping me try to update the order like i was asking. When i requested i call thur the chat, he refused to call and inform me that he would make sure i got charge the 30% of order # USA173372642485. I Called the support line 5 times, stayed on hold for hours, and no return call, they was more worried about their 30% than customer service........
To make Matters worst, they asked me 2 reach out to them on their website, I did on 12/29/2024....and they still refused to do anything about the situation

Canvas champ puzzles are ridiculous, poorly made and a total frustration! First the pieces that are meant to go together are loose and there is no snugness to them. They do not fit well. Then there are only a few unique piece shapes so it is just impossible to put together. We printed a homesite of our family farm in Norway. There is no way we can do this with the lack of originality in the pieces cut. I was shocked by this. It would be fine for a 10-100 piece kid puzzle, but impossible for a 1000 piece. Waste of money and time! Irritating…

the print was nice, but the mounting was damaged. They have agreed to reprint but that was over a month ago, and still no replacement. customer service takes forever to answer and doesn't follow through. Scammers. Their reply says to email for this to be taken care of. I have close to a dozen emails with them, and still no resolution.

"My Entire $200 Order Was Messed Up"
My entire order arrived in unacceptable condition. The images on the acrylic are peeling off, the acrylic itself is cracked and has very sharp edges, and the overall product is falling apart. I received this product three days ago, and it's already disintegrating. When I submitted a quality check ticket, I received no response. I also called customer service, but no one answered or returned my voicemail. I would strongly advise against ordering from them.

Ordered some custom printed cushions with cushion covers and couldn’t be happier with the results. Great quality, pretty easy to design via the website design program and super quick delivery considering they came from India and it was 2 weeks before Christmas. Although I used the American website and was expecting them to be delivered from the USA as it says they deliver from there.

I ordered a set of 10 umbrellas and they were perfect. I then placed another order and then the umbrellas were kid sized. I also paid for express shipping and it was very late.

Ordered a personalized umbrella for a birthday present..
the handle was all chipped and the stitching was terrible.and the cover for it which I paid an extra £3.99 was not with it. It's just fit for the bin
So I went on there live chat and sent them photos of how bad the quality was
and ended up being ignored.
Then I sent an email asking for a refund and am still waiting for a reply,but I won't hold my breath..apparently the have a 100 percent quality and satisfaction guarantee ..what a joke.
So don't throw your money away like I have
