"I ordered some items on December 3rd"
I ordered some items on December 3rd. It gave me my estimated delivery date of December 12th. That was perfect because I needed to still ship the items to my parents. I reached out yesterday Dec 13th because it was still in the printing stage. They said I would get my items on or before Christmas. That wasn't going to work so I asked to cancel. I got the runaround but it was canceled. My friend ordered the same day and her order shipped on the the 12th but it was coming from Dubai. I hope this helps someone!

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I liked the product but it arrived damaged. After corresponding 5-6 times, and getting the runaround, they said a glitch prevented them from reprinting ( which they previously offered). They offered a PARTIAL refund, with no explaination why. I refused and disputed the charges with VISA.

even though you pay for the prints to be there on a certain date, they came late. smaller than what i anticipated. color and pictures turned out alright. Not too thrilled about the black and white. The colored ones are bright and nice. definitely gonna research some other websites before i buy again.

I am so thankful I went with Canvas Champ. I got my prints today and they exceeded my expectations. The app was easy to use. The prints were very affordable and the quality is excellent. I will definitely use them again!

"Sent wrong puzzle - Support is horrible."
UPDATE 1/27/25: They made me return the wrong puzzle but WOULDN'T supply a return label. So I had to pay out of pocket $12 to send back their mistake before they would refund my money. They refunded my original purchase, but WOULDN'T refund the $12 I paid to return the wrong product. Why they had me return it is a mystery, my guess to hold me hostage before refunding my money. What's funny is a week after all this was done I got an email from support saying "Go ahead and keep the wrong puzzle..." LOL. They are so screwed up!
I ordered my puzzle, but they sent the wrong puzzle. Mistakes happen I get that, but then we contacted support, and after confirming the mistake, they went silent. I haven't heard anything back from them. No new puzzle, no refund, no communication. The phone number they have is a joke. You call and you sit on the phone for 5 minutes then a message comes up for you to leave a message because they are all busy. In other words, they never answer the phone. Worst experience I've had with them.
UPDATE: Hello support, that's the point, you don't take it seriously. We submitted everything to that email over a week ago, I've submitted a refund from Paypal, and to this moment you still have not corrected the problem whether that's a refund or actually sending me the correct product. Neither has been done.

"A very disappointing experience"
A very disappointing experience. We spent over $108 CAD for a 3 piece split canvas highlighting a great sunset photo from our recent trip to Hawaii. It arrived today and the quality makes it look like this was done in some 5 year olds in from a sweatshop in India, in fact it did ship from there. The wood frame was uneven and inferior quality, the glue they used to fasten the fabric (canvas?) to the frame was all lumpy so the photos themselves had lumpy areas everywhere. It's a shame I have to leave at least 1 star. I'll be calling tomorrow.
