0 stars, but I had to leave this. The worst company i have ever seen. I ordered 2 canvas as christmas gifts. They both arrived poorly constructed with a line down my childs picture. I reached out 3 time with no help. They claim it was high volume and had the nerve to reach out to me via email on Christmas day to see if I wanted a reprint free of charge. At this point I want my money back. Dont trust them with any of your printing needs, customer service sucks!

Shipping arrived on time. Although DHL left my package in middle of my yard rather than on my covered porch. The photo on the throw was great. Was disappointed in quality of the fleece for the price I paid. I would not order again for this reason. This was a Christmas present for my grandson and I was truley embarrased to give it to him.

I still have not rec'd my order that I placed on December 8th. I have called and left several messages no return call on that. I have emailed and all i get is an automated email saying my order is in process, not to metion this has already been paid for.

Ordered some printed golf balls that were supposed to arrive 4 days before christmas. If they missed the date by a few days that would have been understandable. The product is still in production and hasnt even shipped a whole week after the deadline I was given. ~3 weeks late if they ship today. No refunds was the only response I've gotten.

As an update it is now three weeks late. Still in production and the customer service department is still denying my request for a very warranted refund.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Buyer Beware: This company operates in a manner that appears highly unprofessional and potentially fraudulent. I strongly recommend using any other service.

I paid over $65 for overnight shipping because I needed the items urgently for a specific event. However, my order was processed after two weeks, and I did not receive the items until four weeks later—far beyond the expected timeframe. I corresponded with a representative via email who assured me I would receive a refund, but it has now been over two months without any resolution or further communication.

Attempts to contact customer service have been equally frustrating. I’ve spent hours on hold with the provided phone number, but no one has ever answered. The live chat function on their website is equally unresponsive, even after leaving it open for hours. Each time I reopen my claim or reply to their emails, I receive a generic response from a different representative, with no meaningful follow-up.

On top of the poor service, the products themselves arrived in terrible condition: the canvases had bubbles, were uneven, and did not match the advertised sizes, making them incompatible with standard frames. The overall quality was shockingly poor.

In short, I urge you not to order from this company. If your products arrive damaged or significantly delayed, as mine did, you will likely receive no resolution or refund. This company demonstrates a complete lack of integrity in both its customer service and product quality.

"Mug is dirty"

Mug is dirty, like really.. and the image is completly RED ?? Wtf?? I ordered a Heart Mug where we can upload images. So i thought they would put colorfull image on a Red Mug.... Nope!!! They printed the image first, then applyed a Layer of Red Color ABOVE the images... So now all images are Red disgusting, we see nothing of the image at all.. This is a joke.. This compagny is a joke!

I will never buy there again..they dont respect their customers and offer disgusting product.
