"Worst customer service"

Worst customer service. Extremely hard to get in touch with. Paid extra for “Priority shipping” with order and package was delivered late. Was offered a full refund at first for the shipping costs of over 40$ only for them to end up backing down and offering 10$ refund in the end. Canvas seems to come from India, not worth the shipping costs, especially when they don’t deliver when they said they would. At that price you expect better. Never ordering from them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

"I needed the item by a specific date"

I needed the item by a specific date. It was shown on the website that early delivery was possible, and confirmed. I paid extra for the early shipping. The item did not arrive in time, in fact it arrived 5 days after the expected date. I was told there would be a refund for shipping, but I have not seen it yet.

Very disappointed. No response other then they started a file? Received horrible quality CREASE down the whole right side of canvas print WITH bubbles!!!The extra paid for hanging option was a piece of double sided tape!!!

Colors and size was great. There were several wrinkles on the front. Could have been stretch a little tighter. Really like the print.

Terrible. I started to use them as a dropship company for some of my clients because they do odd sizes and the prices are good. There site says, "Ships in 24 Hours", but their production speed is more like 2-3 weeks. Incredibly slow and poor customer service.

I have ordered from Canvas Champ multiple times. I have gotten very little help from customer service about shipping, I stay on top of the proofs, and getting everything submitted in a timely manner and I have even paid for expedited shipping to get my canvas to me sooner, and I have still received all of my shipments well past the shipping dates, there is definitely a lot of over promise and under deliver here. Do not promise, fast shipping if you cannot deliver.
