"Horrible service"

I ordered 8 puzzles for a project at work. I was given an ETA at checkout that they didn't meet. They arrived a week later than expected, for starters. Their communication, if you can call it that, is just awful. It looks as if they have a 'chat' function, but no one answers it most days, and when they do, it's unhelpful. They have an email, too, which is also like pulling teeth to get a response. No one answers the phone line. You'll get hold music but that's all you'll get. Although I finally got an email response saying they escalated my order, it was another week before it stopped saying 'under production'. These are being produced in India, which is fine, except expect awful communication. When they finally did arrive, each of the 8 puzzles were in bags, rather than nice boxes to use as gifts with the photo on the box. I spent over $500 and they came in baggies. While the product turned out fine, I'm rating them poorly for packaging and the inability to reach anyone for help.

Not impressed, ordered 3 of the exact same poems on different canvas prints, only 1 came back worthy of gifting to someone, the 2nd one was wrapped horribly and the 3rd has a word missing because the font is far too big, they are trying to tell me I okayed the proofs, I wouldn't have okayed something that is missing a word, so now I'm short two Christmas gifts, thanks for nothing Canvas Champs

"Less than stellar, don't pay for expedited shipping "

Ordered on Oct 3 and paid for expedited shipping for something meant to be a gift with delivery guaranteed for Oct 10, but it only arrived today.

Likely not going to reorder from them bc paying for expedited shipping and receiving it a week later is insane.

Also, refunding the expedited shipping is useless as they've already breached the contract and given guarantee.

"Prices increased, quality decreased"

I have ordered from the company 3x now. Products seem to be manufactured in a India and were shipped to me via FedEx. Signature was required upon delivery for my orders. First experience was a large order 15+ canvas prints which were all good quality and shipped in a timely manner. Each canvas was priced competitively and had a bracket to hang them. Additional options are available for increased fees.
Happy with the product, I placed another order this year to add to the pictures already hanging on the wall. Once again the canvases were shipped in a timely manner, but this time only one of two came with a bracket, the other with double sided tape which will probably not hold up over time. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong thickness (so it didn't match the existing ones), so I placed my 3rd order and this time neither canvases came with anything to hang (no bracket, not even the cheap double sided tape). Apparently in that short amount of time between orders, Canvaschamp has changed their quality, so now to get anything to hang a canvas, it will require an additional fee. Worst yet, the hanger that was included in the previous order was not even an option. This makes things more difficult to hang a series of canvases uniformly.
In the future, I will probably be looking at another company for future canvas prints. I understand that prices can increase given the economic climate, but when there is a price increase along with a decrease in quality/included options, I no longer have high confidence in what I will receive. Their decision not to include a 5 cent bracket but rather choose to nickel and dime their customers has made me lose confidence in their ability to produce quality, custom (hence non-returnable) items.
