"HORRIBLE company"

HORRIBLE company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. On September 30th I placed an order for photo books I intended to use for my daughter's first birthday party. I paid for express shipping to ensure I'd have these in time. "Delivered by October 8th". Perfect. Lies. I started inquiring about my order on October 3rd as it was "In production". Only got copy/paste answers from "Melvin." I've followed up every single day about the order. Only ever told they've informed the production team to expedite and to let "production update me"... what does that even mean? So here we are, the night before her birthday, and I've heard nothing. I paid for express shipping for something I doubt I'll ever receive. They will respond to this review telling me to email cs@canvaschamp like I haven't already, and they just stopped replying. SCAMMY.

I bought canvas prints 2 years ago and was extremely pleased with the quality so I used them again to print some Greece pictures on canvas. The quality has degraded a lot. The backing is cheap paper and not a hard cardboard backing like before so the frame has an extra piece of wood down the middle. The canvas must be cheaper canvas as well as you can see the outline of the wood frame on your print. Not happy and I assume you cannot get a refund. Will not be using them again.

"Good But Not Great This Time"

VERY Happy with earlier prints but not as happy with this order. Colors seemed washed out and bland. Some of the problem may be my choice of wrapping the image around the edges but I still think that this is the worst image I have received from the company. Will try them again with hopefully better results.

I ordered two identical canvas prints on frames.
The stretching was different between the two. (not good)
The wood used for the frames was irregular and that showed prominently at the frame top which drew your eye and was unacceptable.
I paid for Fedex shipping which took 2 weeks !
These come from India.
I will not use them again.
Update:
After writing my review, canvaschamp asked me to amend it but gave me no reason to do so!
Very strange.
