I paid 1599 for expedited shipping and came eight days later, also the wood on the frame had a crack in and I thought maybe the picture did luckily it didn’t except the scratches on the back of it. I’m not sure if that’s part of being production itself looks good but a little darker than I anticipated.

Beautiful clearly printed photo on metal. Packaged well and got here to the U.S. quickly considering it came from India. The holes for the mount I chose were drilled too small for the mounts to fit. I drilled them out and it was no big deal for me.

First print poor quality mark on photo no t good workmanship at all sent second pic in this time they said it was too low resolution never said that the first time .. I emailed wanted refund at this point no response went to live chat was in a long conversation was discussing refund then was ghosted and every time since have been ghosted this was with”Larry” finally received email for refund still waiting for it to be applied .. will never work with them again.

Easy to use interface and the pictures came quickly and look beautiful. I will say I tried multiple times to get customer service help via chat and telephone which brags they are there 24/7 but each path was a dead end. Luckily, I stuck through the experience and turned out well.
