"disaster"

I ordered a keg from you all and it finally arrived 20 days late. There was no adequate freight companies or your staff who all seemed to be indignant about me inquiring so much as to the status of the order. I offered even to rent a uhaul and get the delivery myself from the warehouse. When the keg arrived there were these factory pegs covering the openings needed to install the wheels. I called the manufacturer and they said it was defective and i needed to hire someone to use a grinder to saw them off. This experience is unbelievable and it has delayed my stores opening 12 days now and cost me thousands of dollars and a number of staff members who quit because they could'nt forgo work waiting for you all to get your act together. I can never get anyone on the phone there so I hope this gets the attention of your owners and they try to set this right. If someone contacts me to make this right i will remove this post.

I ordered a conical fermenter the unfortunately was not eligible for a 5% discount. The company emailed me an explanation why within a few hours and actually gave me the 5% (which was unnecessary). They are a little difficult to get a hold of on the phone, but I really like supporting small businesses. I received my shipping info within 2 days of placing the order. It is easy to say you give great customer service but it is harder to actually deliver. Keg Outlet does indeed deliver I will order from them again.

Do they even exist? In the last month, they have never replied to any email or responded to any phone message. They have never provided tracking information. I'll have to reorder from someone else.
