The quality of service can't be beat. Talk about a commitment to getting it right the first time, Keg Outlet beat my expectations! I ordered on a Sunday night and I was kegging my first home brew on Thursday...from the other side of the country. Love the personalized "Thanks for you order" email sent after the order was submitted!

I had problems ordering through their site last weekend (their site/server/host was having problems). Turns out, my order went through, I just didn't receive an email when my order was placed. I did however receive an email directly from someone at the company (on Sunday) stating that my order was received, and that their site was having problems sending emails. I was very impressed with the 1 on 1 communication and support that received regarding my order.
