Received my brewbucket on Friday. Used it immediately that night as a bottling/kegging bucket - I know its primary design is as a fermenter, but the spigot makes it great for racking beer, too. Today I brewed a new batch of beer and its in the bucket now fermenting. It's just easy. Easy to clean and sanitize. Easy to seal with the 4 spring loaded clamps. And easy to move with the handles. After 20 years I am done with glass carboys and siphons! Keg Outlet are great to deal with. Good communication and personal connection with the owners. I also bought a corny keg from them at a very reasonable price and in great condition.

I recently purchased parts for setting up a draft system for my home brew. I looked online and found Keg Outlet among many other online suppliers of this equipment. I chose to shop with them due to their reasonable pricing, easy to navigate website and the large amount of inventory they carry. I was also impressed with the amount of info on the products they sell.

My order arrived very quickly, the company sent a tracking number so i knew when delivery would be. I put everything together and was very happy. When i put the beer in the Keg and pressurized it the posts i had purchased leaked. I emailed the company to let them know and ask what i could do to sort the issue. They replied almost instantly and after asking some questions told me that new ones were being shipped out to replace the originals.

Cary was very fast in responding to my inquiry and extremely helpful. I am very pleased that i found them as customer service like that is not very common these days. I highly recommend them and want to say thanks to them for going out of their way to make sure i was happy with my purchase.

"Excellent Customer Service"

This being my first experience with crating a home bar, I was looking for an affordable co2 keg system. The website offered a variety of options, as well as explained how the system worked. I had a few questions I submitted via email and all were replied within a few minutes, or the next business day. Only complaint was that the 5% discount you get for joining their mailing list negates the ability to select the flat rate $9.99 shipping option. Perhaps for someone who is purchasing a more expensive option can afford the savings.
