I'm new to home brewing/kegging and inherited an old pin lock corny keg and CO2 tank/regulator from an uncle. Keg Outlet had everything I needed to restore my kegging setup and get me off and running at the best prices I could find on the Internet.

Within 12 hours, I received an email from the president of Keg Outlet himself notifying the the order was in process. Within 24 hours, I got another email from the presidentt that the order was marked shipped.

Prices and shipping are reasonable. Order arrived as expected. What more could you ask for. Will definitely buy from Keg Outlet again.

I purchased a corny keg and within the hour I received e-mail confirmation of the transaction. At the beginning I was a little confused as of how much time it will take for me to receive the package, so I contacted them through their site. Within a couple of hours they replied with a tracking number. The package took 14 days to arrive, but for someone not living within the Continental US is good: 2-4 for them to ship (stated in their e-mail confirmation, plus I made my order late in the week) and 10-12 days for delivery. Not Bad! Also, the package was well packed: I have had bad experience with other companies in the past. This is a real plus when dealing with new companies given that I pay a little extra for returns/exchanges.

Just ordered a Sanke Tap with screw on fittings to make it a breeze to switch between my Homebrew Kegs and Commercial Beer. On my initial order I accidently used the wrong credit card, I emailed back and had a response very quickly. The amended this and called me to get the right card #. I have already recommended this site to a coworker who is a homebrewer and will do so in the future.

"Good Experience"

I was impressed that withing a couple of hours, I received an email confirming the order. Also was good with the pricing, and did receive another email with a tracking #.
It was too bad that the order took 7 days to arrive, but it was right around the Thanksgiving Holiday, so I will give it a pass.
I would definitely buy from them again. Although it would be nice to see a live chat since I ended up ordering the wrong pressure relief valve.

I ordered a new CO2 regulator and manifold, and within an hour received an email back from the head of the company thanking me for my order and letting me know it would ship as soon as possible. Pricing seemed to be fair, the items arrived well-packed and in good condition, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

My only complaint is that I never received a tracking number or confirmation when the items actually shipped. But given that it arrived quickly and accurately, I don't mind too much.
