Had an issue with my shower but after a couple of emails from Kim, she had pointed me in the right direction to the part I needed. After receiving the part the problem no longer exists. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Would highly recommend.

"Fantastic Customer Service"
Fantastic Customer Service. Had an issue with a pair of Gold cloakroom taps which were about 3 years old whereby they started to look marked etc despite only ever cleaning them with warm water and a soft cloth.
After an email from Danielle I did as suggested and purchased new ones direct from them which were delivered next day, they arranged for return of my marked ones for testing and today they informed me they were issuing a credit for these.
Overall considering I am only a retail customer all the team Danielle,Kim and Paul have all be exceptionally brilliant in attending to my issue.
This company and its Customer service department are brilliant other companies could well learn from them.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
In the last two moths, I have had two problems with my Deva shower which I purchased in 2015. Both Danielle and Kim, from Methven, were very patient and helpful in identifying the model and the parts that were needed. Then as a very generous gesture these parts were supplied direct from them. Outstanding customer service which goes above and beyond the norm and cannot be faulted! If only other companies were this good.

"Simply the best"
We could not fault customer services in any way. Methven KAHA tap was leaking in en-suite replacement cartridge sent promptly-but no water coming through tap. Another replacement sent but we still had no water coming through but taking it off the water was OK. Telephoned again and had a video chat with CASSIE and she said because of all the problems would send a new tap which arrived the next morning. We do have Kaha taps in our main bathroom on basin and bath. Excellent product but an outstanding customer service.

"Aurajet and easy fit shower rail"
Bought a complete Aurajet shower rail and head assy from Homebase . The shower head thread would not fit smoothly into the supplied hose and when connected leaked water at the connection point. Tried to resolve issue over the phone with Methven but could not get emails through to them because of some sort of gmail issue. Although i appreciate the help the girls tried to give, without being able to see pics of problem or supply a receipt the whole episode was a sorry mess for what i thought was a high end product . It would have been one star if the ladies in the office were not so helpful. Just bad luck i guess. Got a refund from homebase just 3 hours of my life wasted.

We recently had the Methven Instant Hot Water Tap installed and we couldn’t be more delighted. We had a smooth installation process (which is included in the cost of the tap) and we now couldn’t imagine our lives without it. We would recommend it to everyone.
