Horrible Company!!!!!!!!! This company will drag you along for weeks, ask you for a million documents (actually I only uploaded 85 or 86), will tell you that you are tentatively approved for your refinance multiple times, only to tell you 7 weeks later that they cannot refinance you because you are $2300 short of having $25,000 reserves in the bank to qualify for the loan. This was for a home equity loan on a home that they valued at $975,000 and that my mortgage balance was $78,000. All Rocket Mortgage had was excuse after excuse. I absolutely don't think they ever had the intent of doing this deal. I went with another mortgage company 6 weeks into the process with Rocket. This other company was able to do the refinance/home equity loan in 3 weeks. ROCKET MORTGAGE SUCKS!!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone.
