"Outdated methods."

Giving me checks to pay my creditors like it’s 1985 is ridiculous. No reason why all of the money couldn’t have been deposited into my checking account so I could jump online and pay my creditors literally within minutes. Now I have to mail out these four checks and wait and hope that they actually get to where they need to go. And what happens if in two weeks my debts still aren’t paid off? Who do I call? what happens if the checks get stolen or lost? We have technology available to where this should have been an easy quick process. Instead rocket mortgage has caused work for me and now I have to be stressed out until I know that the checks got to where they need to go and my debts are paid. There has to be a better way than this.

All communication went well and processing on schedule. Signing of documents online and in person went without hitch. Only complaint is not paying creditors directly. Checks mailed to me then me having to mail them to creditors. Mailed priority a week ago , still not delivered and scheduled payment now late

Basically, I thought the process went well. However, there were some instances that were quite confusing to an old school dinosaur like myself. But we got it all done and finished and I'm grateful for that.
