I've dealt with Rocket a few times now, on refi s and now on a new purchase.

It's always easy to get hold of your mortgage rep. or any one who is working on your loan. They do give clear instructions as to what your next steps entail and what you will need to proceed.

Have a computer up and running so you can review all your documents. I was using, mainly my phone to review docs and next steps, as I was not always home. That made it difficult to read and ensure all documents were correct and ready for signatures.
I would use them again.
