Regarding this experience, all my questions were answered and the loan officers were experienced and very cooperative. My only drawback to this was too my of the same information mailed to me after the closing. It would be better to compile all the necessary paperwork and mail all together.
And in the future allow time to review material and feedback, Other than that I appreciated the experience and will certainly recommend Rocket to my friends,

We dealt mostly with Nathan Coltrell. He was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and very patient. In fact, every person we dealt with was very patient. (We are not overly computer savvy.)
The app was confusing… redundant and gave inaccurate information, in terms of physical location of our home, and the identity of the notary who was sssigned the execution of our closing. All in all it was a positive experience. I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family.

The communication was lacking. I felt like I was dealing with used car salesmen. I had checks made out to certain companies, that I shouyld have been able to do myself, so now some are overpaid. I was treated like i was 13 years old. It was my money from my house that I have to pay back. I had no control.
