This was after me asking 3 different times to be sure escrow was included due to the way it appeared in the loan documents. I was reassured that was not what it meant each time I asked. I was reading it correct after the fact.

He finalized the closing within a couple of weeks and even did a dual notarizing as my wife and I were about 70 miles apart that day and she was leaving on a 2-week vacation out of country the next day.
