I am very disappointed in how this service works. I sent my brother a $50 card for his birthday. Your site states it is an e-gift card. Electronic gift cards have a QR Code or Reference Barcode for utilizing the card at the business associated with the card.

Your site is very misleading!!! I cannot believe you expect people to furnish you with their Account Numbers or other vital information to receive their funds. I was expecting an e-gift card, that could be printed with a QR Code of Barcode. Not a utility to transfer funds from your account into my brother’s account. You site also states what I stated regarding what a REAL e-gift card is, see below!!!

A digital gift card - also known as an electronic gift card (or e-gift card) - works just like a physical gift card but can be used for online purchases. Like a physical gift card, a digital gift card has some type of code or barcode that you can enter online when you're making online purchases.

Reading through site your does state how to redeem the funds. But that is NOT an e-Gift card. Your service is simply a transfer or funds, nothing digital about it. Obviously you took the easy way out so you don’t have to link the actual funds on the card with the expected business associated where the funds to be spent. We will never use your service again and I plan on leaving reviews regarding the misleading business.

"Not a gift card"

Charges a high fee (depending how much money you’re putting in) and it’s not even a gift card, when received, they ask how you want it sent, like to your bank account, and at that point it’s just a more complicated way to Zelle someone with an unnecessary fee attached

"USELESS FOR RECIPIENTS"

Absolutely useless, only prioritizes buyers. I redeemed the card and sent it to myself physically. I CANNOT EVEN USE THE CARD, IT IS A WONDERFUL AND EXPENSIVE GIFT THAT IS NOW WORTHLESS. Site is unhelpful and poorly designed, none of the help sites ACTUALLY HELP people who have already redeemed the card but still cannot use it. Giftly absolutely scammed us!! :((

I have ordered a photo braclet in febuary and paid 2000 rupees on 22 February and till now on 10 aprail I haven't received any order

"It’s a headache for the receiver "

They make you believe they have gift cards to certain restaurants that you can send through text/email, but then come to find out in order for the person to spend it you have to give them your banking information for them to deposit the money or they will send you a physical gift. It makes for a real hassle for the person receiving the money.

They advertised that the gift was for a certain place. It does NOT send the gift for that vendor. It just sends a generic gift card. So the recipient was offended because they thought I sent a generic, thoughtless gift of cash.
