Gift cards were not able to be used in stores they were purchased for had to have a younger person help with the two gift cards and go online to understand how they worked and ended up having the gift cards amount deposited into there accounts which was completed, these gift cards were for elderly people will not use these again too hard for them to understand how to use them

Boyfriend bought me a gift certificate to get my nails done. Chose deposit into bank account option. Stated it would take 2 to 3 days. It’s been seven days and still haven’t seen a deposit. Contacted customer service and they Lied and said they sent an email requesting more info. Not only is this not true, but I even have a confirmation number that redemption was accepted. Giftly is playing games. I’ll never use this company again and will warn others as well.

I was gifted $125 at one of my favorite restaurants. I immediately went there opened up my giftedly gift and saw that it would take two or three days to add it to my banking account or use a PayPal account that also would take two or three days or wait two weeks for a gift card to come in the mail
yeah no I do not recommend gifty it seems basically takes your money suggest a restaurant or any place a person can use it at and gives you the money at their convenience again never.
Oh and my daughter was charged $10 in fees

I should not have to pay an additional dollar for a message card to include. There wasno option to not include a card. The $7 processing fee should include a message at no extra cost!!
