"Great piece and excellent customer service"

One, the piece I bought is lovely. It arrived swiftly, and was incredibly easy to assemble. It looks great in our yard. I saw it on a box store website and searched for it from a smaller company and I'm so pleased I did.

Two, the piece arrived with a damaged part. These things happen. Bison Office got busy getting me the right part so I could get the piece assembled during early spring so I can enjoy it for the long summer season. Excellent customer service!

Great customer service... by mistake only half the order of chairs were sent. Within 3 days I had the remainder. The chairs I received were packed very well and are very sturdy!

Big man recliner $900. $800 cheaper than the stallion. Exactly the same chair. If your big and tall, this is your chair! Easy delivery. Delivery guys even put it together, and took away the box. I threw them a $20 tip. Will definitely buy from Bison again.

Hands down this is the BEST company I have ever done business with! They absolutely put the customer first and abide by a business standard that values integrity. Ordered a side table for my couch- not cheap, over $300. It arrived with a dent in one corner. Definitely no fault of theirs, for it was packaged perfectly: frame holding it in place in box and padding all around it. Reached out to customer service who immediately replied and sent another, sharing to just keep the damaged item and hold onto the box it shipped in, for 40 days, in the event the shipping company sent out an inspector. The second table arrived, with a dent in a different corner. I reached out, again, to customer service, but with little expectation of a replacement, for not only is the piece costly, but they had already followed-through with great business practice in sending a replacement for the first, damaged item. To say I was stunned that customer service moved forward in sending a third, is an understatement!!!! This one arrived in perfect condition. Their instructions for that second, damaged item, was the same as with the first- keep it and hold onto the box for 40 days. Bison sets the standard and the bar exceptionally high for spectacular business ethic! They have earned every bit of my future furniture sales!!!!

"Beautiful desk"

Customer service was very helpful, shipping was quick and the desk was packed well. The glass top and frame parts are packed together which makes it heavy. Luckily, the UPS driver put it in my garage for me. This was an easy desk to assemble. I’m a fairly handy woman and I was able to assemble about 3/4 of the desk by myself. Two people are needed to attach the box containing the drawers, frame and glass top. The glass is a beautiful soft green color and the glass pieces on the sides add a nice touch. I replaced a glass-top artist table and this works perfectly for my needs.
