I had been trying to track down replacement legs for a desk I bought from another retailer for months, but nobody could help. I eventually contacted Skandium as they were listed as a retailer of the same brand, but they didn't stock the item. Madeline was brilliant and replied to my email incredibly quickly, contacted the manufacturers, checked they had the correct item and has arranged for the legs to be shipped to me. Myself and my daughter (who has out grown her little desk and needs the adult legs on it now!) are hugely grateful. "We expected flat pack..."

It was not at all clear on the website that the table could not be disassembled - we expected flat pack that we could then put together. Given the size it was impossible to bring it through the door and had to be delivered over the hedge and shed at the rear.
