"6 month wait for replacement"

It took 6 months with many follow up messages and reminders to have a resolution to my replacement of a faulty item. This was not due to stock issues, but customer service of both Skandium, supplier and courier.

"2-4 Weeks and still waiting nearly two months later - avoid!"

I recently ordered a lamp with an indicated lead time of 2-4 weeks. It’s not a rare product, and is widely available in Europe.
It is now 7 weeks since my order, and the lamp is nowhere to be seen.
Skandium rarely answer the phone, and when they do - they just palm off the issue on “customs delays”. Twice I have been told the product is about to arrive in their warehouse, and on both occasions, nothing has materialised.
I will not use this company again, and nor would I reccomend them.

"Excellent customer service"

I bought a Panthella lamp but my mistake and I chose the wrong colour. Madeline at Skandium got advice on the colour I needed and she sourced the lamp. Skandium swiftly arranged a pick up for the one I didn’t want and drop off of the new lamp. My Opal panthella is gorgeous and I use it every day. As always Skandium products and customer service is too quality which is why I keep shopping there!

"Skandium - market failure for me"

On 15/9, I ordered advent candles for my family in Dublin... well in advance of the season as I know how much can go wrong with postage nearer the time. On 14/11 ( 2 months later) I cancelled the order. I will never know what really went wrong here as I had to keep chasing and chasing. The staff member couldn't have been more responsive to my emails, and I was offered free postage, vouchers, etc; couldn't fault the staff on understanding and kindness BUT: this has been a disaster and what was promised was not delivered AND I have had to start all over again, go back to the drawing board via Amazon and in the end I did not get what I paid for
