I am a self confessed anxious first time buyer, and I must say, I took such a gamble on HAYSTO as I didn't do much research before signing up. I had been given another AIP by another company with a much higher rate, which Phil at HAYSTO was able to beat!.

The process has been amazing, the online system in particular is so handy as it guides you clearly through each step. The team are even better; Phil, Tabitha, Glynn, Tia, Joe... I am sure there are others I have missed, but they have all been so good, informative and patient. As a single mother with adverse credit history I didn't think owning a home would ever be possible.

The only downside is that the fees are what I consider to be high and is required upon mortgage offer and not completion. The fee for those of us who have adverse credit history is higher than the one for those who do not. I did find this unfair; if I had taken the time to look into this beforehand, I probably would have gone elsewhere if I am honest.

However, they got the job done. And for that I will recommend HAYSTO, hoping that the next time I will be in a much better position credit wise :)

Haysto have made what we thought was the impossible possible and my husband and I cannot thank them enough. We never thought we would be able to move and get a bigger house yet as although we have very good salaries, we were in a DMP and had a couple of defaults. From the start we were listened to and reassured that it was possible. Eddie has been an absolute star and communication has made our experience top notch. We did have to look at a specialist lender but in actual fact have ended up getting a great deal that is not as much interest as we expected to be paying so Thankyou Eddie and the team. Special mention to Shannon who kept us updated regularly in that all too anxious stage of waiting. The decision was actually very quick. Yes, there is a fee but you get what you pay for and I wouldn’t hesitate because now we are moving to our perfect home. Thankyou team Haysto, you have exceeded our expectations.
