As a first time buyer it’s always scary buying your first house however haysto’s team have been 5star. The support has been amazing and whenever you need to ask a question they respond ASAP. "Excellent Mortgage Company"

Before approaching Haysto, my girlfriend and I had been talking to a mortgage advisor. After an initial interest, the mortgage advisor went very quiet after realising we might not be an easy job and after a little while of chasing, she instructed us that it would be hard to get a mortgage offer and our best option might be to wait. We had pretty much agreed to take a year off the house buying mission and instead maybe rent. I saw Haysto at first as they have a link on the Checkmyfile credit check website, and gave it a click - and then thought it might be worth a shot.

Initially, we spoke to a mortgage expert at Haysto called Jazmin Wright. She went through our figures and seemed very positive that not only would we get a mortgage, but that we would get one with a decent rate. With the news we had from the previous advisor, I was a little sceptical, but with it being an £100 retainer that you get back if Haysto can’t find you an adequate mortgage, it was worth a shot with Jazmin’s positivity.

Followed by Jazmin, we were then put in touch with Connor Morson, our advisor. After speaking with him on the phone, again Connor’s confidence shone through - saying that they talk to lenders more about individual cases and from a deeper understanding of each customers actual story.. We uploaded payslips and bank statements and Connor had us an agreement in prinicpal within a day, which wasn’t a highstreet lender but a good rate for regardless, which absolutely blew our minds.

We then started looking for a property, but Connor was always on hand to advise. If we needed a look at borrowing a little more, or different terms, Connor would have us a new AIP shortly after. After some time had passed, we found the right property and put in an accepted offer, Connor looked again and managed to get us in with a highstreet lender, some difference from not thinking you could even buy at all.

After finalising that section, we were put through to another team, with Tabbitha managing our pre-application to the lender and making quick work of checking all of our details and getting the application over, followed by Charley and her team and Mark, the underwriter, dealing with the application and getting it finalised for us, all within a few days.

I never write reviews, but I couldn’t speak highly enough of this company and all of their staff. The portal they use to communicate and upload documents, keeping on track of the progress step by step is great. They look over documents carefully and we ended up with an incredible result. I would honestly recommend them to friends, family and anyone who has potentially had a knock back, definitely check out Haysto.

Haysto made the impossible, possible for us ! We are first time buyers, with poor credit scores and some credit card debt as well as a complicated deposit source, so we never thought we would be able to get a mortgage but we just received our mortgage offer this week thanks to Haysto ! Although we had a lot of back and fourth from the lender, it was all worth it in the end. We are so excited for this next chapter in our lives, and we couldn't have achieved it without the help of Nikki, Laura and all the other guys on our team at Haysto. Thank you so much guys !!!
