I was involved in an accident to no fault of my own. My insurance company instructed spectra drive to deal with my case and the next day a car was delivered straight from Stockport to my front door in Coatbridge Scotland. Kieran who dealt with claim went above and beyond to make a very stressful situation seem nice and calm. All the staff I spoke to at spectra drive were extremely helpful and polite. Waiting for my interim payment took the accounts department far to long to do a simple BACS transfer.on the good side after an email from Tom Martin the final payment was made within the week

i if accident in 2022 i was not in fault .someone say go to spectra , sent me car audi Q7 ,i fi Volvo xc90 i think lots differ, women drive on my car on street parking , was in fault her insurane Liverpool victora will not pay car hire , now spectra coming to me for pay £8300, i last my car last my house and now i need pay this , i think women need pay this not me
