"Sceptical at first but great service."
When originally recommended to Spectra I'll admit I was sceptical, I'm not the easiest customer to deal with and gave them a hard time as I thought there must be some hidden fees or a catch somewhere. But, after speaking with their support team I decided to give it a go.
I have to say that throughout my journey with Spectra I have been very, very happy with the level of service, information. I have been particularly impressed by the regular contact, even if the status of my claim hadn't changed I still received a call from the team to say they were working on it in the background. Cannot recommend them highly enough, thanks Spectra great service.

They got the job done eventually, so can’t fault them there. Communication was a little difficult. I had a different person replying to every email or call, and had to repeat questions many times before getting an answer.

"Initially dealt with quickly but now can't get payment "
Initially dealt with claim quickly and got a courtesy car out however the ar fault drivers insurance paid out 2 weeks ago and Spectra still have the payment. They haven't paid outstanding finance off which is now in arrears. Each time I ring for an update I'm given a new deadline for the payment but it doesn't materialise. The payment , my payment not being issued is preventing me from getting a new car and they won't help other than to advise "it's with accounts". So frustrating and extremely inconvenient to someone who needs a car for work.

"Initially things very good"
Initially things very good. picked car up and got a coutesy car here the same day and got car assessed in a week and was happy with the valuation. From that point i was dissappointed as i found out my car had been taken 3 hours away from my address. It had only been assessed by photographs so i wasnt sure of the exact damage as i ideally wanted it back. Upon been paid out for my car it took a week for me to recieve my payment and the communication from them regarding getting the hire car picked up was poor to say the least.
