Spoke with Spectra Drive shortly after my road accident (car written off ). As a non fault driver , it was a bit daunting and stressful. From the very start, Spectra told me of what they would do , ensuring me that I was in safe hands . Despite some doubts, I’m relieved to say that they did indeed deliver on their early pledges. The whole saga took just under a month to conclude . During that time, both Tom and Kieran played a major role in keeping me informed and reassured. Calls and emails were responded to quickly and efficiently, car hire delivered and collected hassle free. All in all , I’m extremely satisfied with service that Spectra provided.

"AVOID SPECTRA DRIVE - Dishonest, Rude, and Unethical Practices"
My experience with Spectra Drive has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer service is shockingly poor, filled with rude staff who constantly lied to me, promising to call back but never did. The worst part was being blackmailed to pay £300 for accidental windscreen damage on a hire car. They told me they'd only drop the charge if I took down my original negative review!
On top of that, they kept possession of my car against my will, despite the fact that the third-party insurance had already taken over my claim. To make matters worse, they threatened to sell my car if the third-party insurance didn’t pay them.
This company is deceitful, unprofessional, and unethical. Do not trust or use Spectra Drive! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!

Thank you for your reply, but I must clarify that the accusations I've made are not baseless. I have provided evidence to Trustpilot, who reviewed the situation and agreed that there was an element of blackmail involved. It's important for other customers to know the full picture, and I stand by my statement that my experience with Spectra Drive was far from satisfactory.
It is not appropriate to advise customers to focus solely on positive reviews and disregard negative ones. Transparency is crucial, and it's misleading to suggest that customers ignore legitimate concerns raised by others. Spectra Drive needs to accept both positive and negative feedback in order to improve its services, rather than dismissing genuine complaints.
As I mentioned before, and I'll reiterate: DO NOT GO WITH SPECTRA

Dear Spectra Drive,
Once again, you've shown your tendency to twist the narrative and shift blame onto the customer. I simply wanted my claim sorted out, not to be spoken to rudely by your staff, or to have you contact the wrong insurance company regarding my claim. The situation was further escalated by your employee, Liam, who called to inform me that my car would be sold if Direct Commercial Insurance, the third-party insurer, did not pay you. Why would I fabricate such details?
My review was intended to warn others so that they don’t have to endure the same frustrating experience. While you did provide a courtesy car promptly after the accident, everything that followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. Your claim that I’m a troublesome customer is just another attempt to discredit my legitimate concerns.
It's clear from the way you've responded that you're more interested in defending your reputation than in resolving issues. It's unfortunate that you feel the need to dismiss genuine feedback and accuse your customers of being dishonest.
I will not continue to engage in back-and-forth exchanges with Spectra. It is regrettable that matters have escalated to this point. However, I strongly recommend that customers also consult reviews on other platforms.

We have confident in this company. Two individuals made a difference. Tom Martin and Kieron Farrow consistently gave reassurance at a very anxious and stressful month following a no fault collision. They were responsive and empathetic throughout. Thank you
One area of improvement is to encourage claims department to respond to emails in a timely way.

I had a no fault accident, I recieved a curtesy car the same day from spectra.
I have never had a accident and was panicking.
I spoke to Tom from spectra on several occasions and he talked me through the whole process.
Maxine went above and beyond, I must have rung her twenty times plus as I didn't really understand the process although she told me several times.
Maxine is a credit to spectra drive going above and beyond everyday.
