"Worst bra fitting"
Visited the Chicago store on Southport. I think easily the worst bra fitting I've ever had. It's very unfortunate. I purchased two bras there. In the store they seemed to fit well. However, now that I'm actually wearing them, one of them is awful. It rides up the back (legit inches higher than it should) and the cup size is VERY wrong.

"Comfy Bras & Great Customer Service"
I've shopped with ThirdLove many times before and am a huge fan of their growing assortment of wireless bras. The ComfortStretch Smoothing Wireless bra is my favorite - it somehow smooths yet doesn't feel restrictive at all. So comfy. In the past, I did have some instances where their shipping took longer than expected. But I think they must have changed their shipping process as it's so much faster now! My past several orders have come super fast, and their customer service is always top notch in helping me to find a new size, if I need one, or helping me exchange and return easily,

"My go-to everyday bra"
ThirdLove is my go-to for everyday bras. The quality is amazing—I love how soft the band and straps are, which is something you don’t often find with other brands. The fit is super comfortable, and they have so many great styles to choose from. Their 1/2 cup sizing makes such a difference, and I always know I’ll get the perfect fit. Plus, their customer service is always helpful and makes shopping so easy.

"Very comfortable bras that last"
Very comfortable bras that last. I just bought the new smoothing t-shirt bra and it has become one of my favorites. If you are looking for a good quality bra I would recommend Thirdlove.

Invoices and records are poor. I ordered 3 bras. It took a month to get them. Two are “Ok” since they are strictly for “at home” wearing. The 3rd, which was the most expensive, but on sale, was way off in size…40G and I wear a C! I wanted to exchange but there are none available in my size. I will be losing money, but I will know never to order from them again.

"Black Minimizer Bra Transfers Color …"
I bought two minimizer bras to start with and then added two more.
I am writing on this site because I cannot open their reviews to read or add to on the home site.
I do not wear black bras often.
Followed care instructions to a t.
Took me awhile to figure out what was transferring black dye to my clothing as I had bought several outfits at one time.
I finally whittled it down to one of my Third Love bras when on a very hot day, the dye transferred to my all white 200. blouse.
I sent a picture and detailed how I had taken care of it.
Alerted that it may take up to 72 hours to respond.
Over a week. All that was asked was how did I wash it?
No other I inquiries.
Weeks later I get a small chunk of change thrown at the problem ( 20.00 something to cover two minimizer bras at 76.00 each with a short”sorry” email.
No help at all.
I am a longtime consumer and I do not believe that having a bra transfer its dye over the front,back,and then the under arms is a one time experience.
I am not a strange chemical person to which this happens occasionally.
Their customer”care”is one of the worst I have ever experienced.

I ordered a bra but it did not fit, I sent it back and the total I was supposed to get back was 40.00 and they only gave me 15.00 dollars I have contacted them several times and still no response

"Beware of long returns"
I purchased my first Third Love bra at a special price. It felt perfect but I was looking for a wireless bra. So I promptly returned it and asked for store credit. According to their records and tracking, the bra was received within a week and I received my store credit immediately after.
I ordered another bra, wireless this time, but it did not fit well. I returned it promptly, within a week of receiving it, and received a tracking email. I requested a refund to my credit card. The email said my package was received and sent out on July 31. The "estimated delivery date" has changed a few times. The latest "estimated delivery date" says August 25. I got a text saying they received my return on August 21. It is almost a month and I still have no indication of a refund to my credit card.
I am still waiting to hear from them regarding an email I sent asking about the status of my refund.

"Shipping is despicable"
Shipping is despicable!
Put an order in for a 24/7 classic perfect coverage bra on July 1st. It's now the 9th and DHL commerce which by-the-way is the cheapest delivery there is, first never updates their site saying it's "en route". Check USPS and it's now ONLY in Kentucky. I'm in California. So much for 4-7 business days. I paid $5.99 for shipping which is despicable onto itself. I've ordered from other companies never paid shipping. What a horrible way to do business. I'm guessing at this point in time if I'm lucky I might get my bra in another week? So much for your shipping policy. Will NEVER order from this company again unless it gets it's act together and changes how they ship.
