Reserveer geen huurauto via deze firma! Auto gehad in Sicilië in september via VipCars bij SurPrise en daar blijkt dan uiteindelijk het beruchte Autonoleggio te zijn die je op voorhand al wilde vermijden ivm de slechte reviews.
Deze liet klanten volledig aan hun lot over op de luchthaven, buspendel kwam na zeer lange wachttijd en diverse telefonische pogingen met kamikaze rit tot gevolg én daarna vele uren wachttijd in een bloedheet gangetje zonder schoon toilet of water op het onderbezet kantoor, terwijl mijn man op de luchthaven moest achterblijven ivm te weinig plaats in de buspendel. (Waar Italiaanse klanten schijt aan hadden en zich gewoon toegang verschaften tot de pendel, maar die zijn dan ook mondiger mbt de taal!) Geen enkel excuus en geen enkele compensatie voor de buitenlandse klanten - die vaak al lang van tevoren hun auto gereserveerd hadden, bleek bij navraag in de ellenlange wachtrij, dus van een verrassing op de dag zelf had absoluut geen sprake moeten zijn.
Klacht ingediend bij VipCars en er diverse malen zelf achteraan moeten gaan. Verschuilen zich constant achter hun franchise nemer als zijnde een 'incident op een druk tijdstip' (wat dus absoluut niet klopt!) Uiteindelijk na het plaatsen van een slechte review plat gebeld en geappt door het hoofdkantoor in Amerika en een refund gehad van hun stukje verdienste voor de bemiddeling. Pas op en lees je goed in, al blijven er altijd zaken die 'verborgen' zijn waardoor je voor een slechte verrassing kan komen te staan.

"Worst experience of any company ever!!"
I had a truly awful experience with this company in Rome. The car they gave us had NO OIL in it. I was travelling alone with my children. When we took the car back they refused to give a refund and I was subjected to racist and horrible abuse from the 'lady' who claimed she was the manager. She refused to call the courtesy bus back to the airport and told me to get a taxi. When I asked for the number of a taxi she refused to give me one. On my return the UK I contacted the company twice asking only for a refund of the cost of the oil and I heard absolutely nothing. My credit card company managed to get the money back but I cannot tell you how upsetting the experience was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID!!!!

Pagando in anticipo ci è stato spiegato che dall'aeroporto di Catania vengono a prenderci loro per portarci in sede a firmare il contratto. All'aeroporto uno della sorveglianza, sulla uniforme scritto "Polizia" "offriva" a un costo di €15 il passaggio fino al noleggio, ovviamente senza ricevuta. Lì siamo stati in fila per 6 ore e ci hanno fatto firmare il contratto per la macchina sbagliata. Esperienza terrificante!!! Mai più!!!🥴

LEARN FROM A FOOL LIKE ME! Don't try to save money, it will cost you way more in the end. Choose a serious rental car company on the ECRCS.
Here's some important lessons learned:
I rented a car in Bergamo summer 2022 for three days. I took plenty of pictures of the car before we left the station, but MISTAKE #1 I did not ask them for a printed copy of the rental contract or the assessment of the existing damages on the car because they did everything digital and allegedly were going to e-mail me.
When we returned the car they made up a bunch of damages that were already there and my pictures helped exclude most of them except some small dents in the wheels. They came up with a ridiculous amount of money for the damages and I refused to sign their check out assessment of the car damages. This was a good thing, but MISTAKE # 2 in the rush to get to our flight I forgot again to ask for a physical copy of the checkout documents. Time went by and I naively thought that things were going to be OK. Little did I know that they would out of the blue charge by credit card for over 1000 EUR almost a month!!! Which is about the deadline for making claims on my insurance company. SERIOUSLY? So now I have this huge credit card charge, and the insurance company refuses to help out because it's been 28 days, which is all AUTO ONE's frigging fault for not informing me about anything and just charging me way past the end of the rental. Please take care of yourself and learn from the fools that came before.

"I could give 2 star but NO!!"
I could give 2 star because the rental was successful. Also positive that you doesn't need credit card or pay extra deposit.
So contra...the customers service was soo crap and aggressive that they made the whole rent a piece of crap.
1, you can't write feedback on Google (cuz all google service is "closed" so no one can write ... The only page is Trustpilot they can't delete this.and 1.5* is true. This is a first bad sign)
2, we received a very old, crap car with full of scraces inside and outside too. Was also very dirty . The engine light was on the whole time (so we afraid the car could stop anytime....)
3, full-full fuel is the policy basicly...the tank was about 20%...
4 the guy who gave us the car couldnt speak any foreign language ofc...
5, we called the company a day before , where should we take off the car in the airport. the angry lady said that go to airport and call her again. I asked 3x times where is the exactly place airport we want just right go there or in an other city but she just repeating "go to airport and call"
At the airport we called her again and she send a new address to us (20min from the airport).
We said we don't have time to and extra route and also we made the booking at airport drop off.she started to YELL in the phone , we must go in the town!!! .she didn't understand our problem even we asked this information before many times. She yelled so hard and was so angry to us that she slammed down the phone !!!
This behavior is unacceptable!!

Reply 2024: reply after 2 years? A bit late to clean the Trustpilot profile. Anyway, I still have the recipe, it's really this company!
If the online booking and payment goes through autonoleggio and the real book is at another co. as you said , that's means it's a shady , illegal business.
(They just answered the same to all 1* reviews.)

Azienda di scarsa organizzazione. Prezzi cari per auto super datate. Attesa snervante in aeroporto per la navetta.
Mi hanno affidato una Nissan Almeria molto carente. Accelerazione eccessiva, luci di emergenza e autoradio non funzionanti.consumi esorbitanti. Insomma esperienza da non ripetere.

"Noleggio Catania"
Arrivati oggi a Catania dopo aver prenotato un van 9 posti ad inizioaprile ed il van non c'è. Siamo due famiglie con 2 bimbi ciascuna e l'unica soluzione proposta è per 2 auto (che se prenotate ad inizio aprile sarebbero costate decisamente meno) allo stesso prezzo. Personale senza mascherina , maleducatissimo. Sconsiglio vivamente

"Esperienza pessima da non ripetere"
Esperienza pessima da non ripetere. Ho ordinato una Fiat Punto 1.3 Diesel e me ne è arrivata una a benzina che nel sito costava di meno, tuttavia non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. Inoltre la macchina era un rottame di quasi 200.000 km con la tappezzeria strappata e pieno di danni. La macchina faceva un tremolio spaventoso durante la guida, segno che qualcosa non andava con le sospensioni. Infine, la macchina mi è stata consegnata con un quarto di benzina anzichè con il pieno come scritto sul sito. Sono dei veri e propri ladri.
