"Confermo a tutti che si tratta di Sito…"

Confermo a tutti che si tratta di Sito truffa , ho segnalato alle autorità preposte , spero in un intervento rapido.
Usano il sito per farsi pagare servizi che non danno a nessuno . inviano email 2 giorni prima per comunicare che non possono fornire auto (pagata) e poi spariscono , non rispondono ne al telefono ne alle email.
Se avete usato Paypal avete possibilità di rimborsi anche se al telefono Paypal mi ha comunicato che a breve potrebbero entrare in black list per i troppi rimborsi e truffe comunicate e quindi bloccheranno la possibilità di pagare tramite Paypal.

Società di autonoleggio ridicola e truffaldina, devo ricevere un rimborso da un mese ma nessuno risponde. L'amministrazione e' un ufficio fantasma, il call center continua a prendermi in giro, assolutamente non prenotate nulla, statene alla larga!

Truffa. Non riceviamo più risposta a mail e telefonate. Anche noi in attesa di un rimborso che aspettiamo dal 1 agosto. Esperienza terribile.

ATTENZIONE fate attenzione a non cascarci...sono dei truffatori...attirano le persone con la scusa del noleggio senza carta di credito...fai la prenotazione e per confermare vogliono il pagamento entro 120 minuti...poi 2/3 giorni premi del noleggio ti mandano una mail con una scusa qualsiasi dicendovi che non vi noleggeranno la macchina, assicurandovi il rimborso entro 15 giorno...poi non vi risponderanno piu' al telefono, e il rimborso non avvera' mai...a me personalmente mi hanno truffato quasi 210 euro...buona fortuna...io la mia parte l'ho fatta...adesso chi ci vuole cascare in questa trappola ci cada...

Noleggiata nel mese di luglio auto è pagata on line oggi mi scrivono 10 settembre che l’auto non è disponibile.
Veramente direi solo vergognoso non fidatevi assolutamente solo parole e niente, chiami e le signorine non ti calcolano il titolare inesistente!!!!! Noooooooo

"Car Rental From Hell"

My experience with this rental car company was terrible to say the least. From the moment we arrived the reservation we had made months in advance did not seem to be presented, the employee just asked us how many people we needed the car for on the spot. (First red flag) After hours of hushed back and forth, out of ear shot with another employee she ultimately told us that our car was not ready and they would lone us a broken down two seater car for a day. Despite frustration and already a day wasted of our vacation we decided to give them a second chance and wait to be presented with the car we had reserved the next day (fortunately we were staying not too far from the airport). That night we were kept up as we were called multiple times until midnight and in the early morning by their offices all over Italy. During these calls employees would ask us questions of our reservation, hang up at random, and once keep us on the phone for twenty minutes to find out at the end that they were mixing up our reservation with another customer that had the same first name. Still holding onto hope we got to the car rental the next day expecting our nice car that we had reserved for my boyfriend and I and two other couples, who we were picking up from the airport later that day. I think you know where this is going..... to our dismay the employees then kept us from 9am to 9 pm in suspense of where our car was. During this time there was extensive back and forth to which every time we complained there seemed to be a list of excuses. They then tried to sell us the idea of renting two cars instead of one six seater, which would mean double the gas, tolls, and parking. The worst part of all after we had accepted the fact that we would not get one car to accommodate all of us they would tell us every 15 minutes for a few hours that their “manager” was driving from Palermo to deliver a car that he would arrive in 5 minutes (this was over the course of four hours) to which they consistently blamed traffic for his delay. After the sun started to set on another day wasted and a series of empty promises, our group threw up our hands and left the car rental to spend hundreds of dollars more at a legitimate rental office back at the airport. I am sure this incident happens all the time and judging from the “scrap yard” like exterior of the car rental and the parade of cars we were presented, I can promise you that if you do end up actually getting a car from them it won’t carry you more than a few kilometers! Their half hearted attempt to find us a car is just as bad as their lack of effort to get us a refund... not responding to us at all in fact. Judging from the other reviews I’m afraid this is their plan all along with customers, either you accept a car that barely functions or you get so frustrated that you walk out before getting your money back.

"EVITATELI COME LA PESTE"

Sarebbe necessario dare meno di una stella.
Il peggior autonoleggio che io abbia mai visto, una vergogna che mette in imbarazzo la città di Catania davanti ai turisti che purtroppo incappano in questa squadriglia di incompetenti fraudolenti.
Prenotiamo una vettura da sei persone due mesi prima, ma al nostro arrivo ci viene detto che l'auto avrebbe tardato ad arrivare e ci viene fornita una SMART temporaneamente, visto che si dicono SICURI che l'auto sarebbe arrivata prima che il resto del mio gruppo fosse arrivato. Mi richiamano di notte per dire che l'auto da sei e' stata rotta e che ce ne avrebbero dato due nuovissime da cinque. Pur infastiditi dalle spese extra che due veicoli avrebbero comportato, accettiamo. Ci viene rifilata una sola fiat 500 di 12 anni, con frizione completamente rovinata e diversi rumori dal motore, nonché la pelle dei sedili che cade a pezzi. Intanto la seconda auto ancora non arriva, dopo ORE di scuse quali "arriva ora il titolare da Palermo a darvi la sua auto personale". Ci cambiano la cinquecento per un auto completamente incidentata e senza manopola del cambio, mentre passano ancora ore per ricevere la seconda. Alla fine, dopo SETTE ore di attesa ci consegnano un'altra auto che dicono aver noleggiato a posta per noi, la quale, con una quindicina d'anni di vita, neanche si mette in moto a causa di problemi al motorino d'avviamento.
Veniamo poi a sapere che si trattava di un mezzo non di loro proprietà, per il quale non avevano alcun diritto a darlo a noleggio.
Allucinati dal trattamento ricevuto lasciamo i due catorci nell'autonoleggio e chiediamo di essere rimborsati. L'impiegata colma di imbarazzo promette un completo rimborso nel giro di pochi giorni.
Ad oggi sono TRE mesi e non hanno mai risposto alle email.

Todavía no doy crédito a que existan negocios que se permiten el lujo de, ya no solo no cumplir con su servicio básico y proveerte un vehículo que HAS PAGADO, sino de reírse en tu cara, engañarte y estafarte con toda imperturbabilidad e irse de rositas con nuestro dinero.
Desafortunadamente nuestro grupo tuvo que sufrir las peripecias de esta empresa durante un día completo tirado por la borda y lleno de promesas, excusas y mentiras. Gracias Agata por tu GRAN GESTIÓN -nótese ironía por favor.
Pero por otro lado, - y esta vez sin ironía- gracias al dueño del parking por avisarnos de que escapáramos de ese lugar y por recomendarnos el otro proveedor. - esto es de locos...
Jamas había visto nada parecido, los vehículos que ofrecen parecen robados: INSEGURIDAD TOTAL.

Mi pregunta ahora es: dónde está la ley???!!
Obviamente, no nos ha quedado otra opción, después de más de un mes esperando el reembolso que nos prometieron, de contactar con nuestros abogados.

Por otro lado, a Sicilia debería de caérsele la cara de vergüenza por permitirlo y por dar esta imagen de corrupción.
500€ tirados a la basura más otros tantos 500 para poder salir de Catania con otro vehículo de otra empresa y seguir con nuestras vacaciones por la isla tal y como habíamos planeado con dos meses de antelación.
