We previously had 7 windows installed by TWC and the whole experience was excellent.

"Overall a good builder"

Had an extension completed in March 2024, and am pleased to say that the build quality is excellent and the builders were all very professional and a pleasure to have around. 8 months on and there have been no 'snags' to mention and we are very happy with the final result.

I had previously given TWC a 3-star review based on the fact that it took 8 months to receive sign off from Building Control and for a Building Regulations Complaince certificate to be issued, which was causing some stress because of our imminent remortgage; however I am pleased to say that when I raised this with TWC they did jump on this and a few weeks later we did get the required certification. You will see TWCs response to my original review below.

Overall therefore, despite it not being a completely seamless experience we have nevertheless got the dream extention we wanted and all is good.

I would recommend them as a builder if you are considering an extension, but I would suggest that TWC look at using a different building control office.

Just had installation of 7 windows and 2 doors + side panel completed today by Stuart and Max who have been fantastic over the last few days very professional and polite worked really well together,couldn't have asked for more, very pleased with all the work they have done .There a credit to the company. The process from start to finish has been excellent. Well done. 10/10

The whole process of getting our new front door was so simple and stress free thanks to the wonderful sales man (I cant find the card with his name on), surveyor and Excellent installer Valdi. Timeline for ordering to fitting was so good and the door looks amazing. I would fully recommend this company.

We had 12 windows and two doors fitted. We are very pleased with the quality and look of them and our house looks so much better.
The fitters, Joe and Raff were great - very friendly, polite and respectful of our property. They did a good job and obviously take pride in their work. I had to go out and felt completely at ease leaving them in the house. Would definitely recommend

I can’t fault these guys from start to finish; honest, professional, friendly, and all in a timely manner!
All staff we encountered in person and on the phone were first class! We initially asked for a quote for a front door and french patio doors as we thought the patio doors were broken. The salesman said there was no need and showed us how to fix them. Yes they lost the sale
Of those doors but they got the front door, and we will 100% use them again!

"A very happy repeat customer "

I am a repeat customer - I had 2 x windows fitted back in 2022 and was recently able to afford to replace the remaining 3 windows and French doors in my house. The sales person Scott was very responsive offering me a same day appointment to give an initial quote. As a housing association part ownership customer I have to get clearance from the housing association so this caused a slight delay but TWC remained responsive in their contact.

I requested the fitters came slightly later in the morning to accommodate a hospital appoint which the office sorted out for me and I greatly appreciated.

The fitters Joe and Raff were brilliant. They were friendly, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They tidied up at the end of the day, hoovering up and tidying everything away outside. I had to go out a couple of times during the day and they were very trustworthy. I personally quite enjoyed listening to Smooth radio which they had on too. I was very impressed with them both and would absolutely recommend TWC.
